Mission, Vision & Values

Forming Students for Faithful Learning, Purposeful Living, and Meaningful Service

Our mission, vision, and values guide the way we teach, lead, support, and prepare students for life beyond high school.

Our Mission

St Paul High School provides a Christ-centered Lutheran education that prepares students in grades 9–12 for college, career, service, and lives of faith. Through strong academics, supportive relationships, and a culture of responsibility, we help students grow in knowledge, character, and purpose.

Our Vision

To be a trusted Lutheran high school where students are known, challenged, and inspired to use their gifts in service to God, their communities, and the world.

Core Values

What we hold to.

Faith

We root our school community in Lutheran faith, grace, worship, and a belief that each student is created with purpose.

Excellence

We pursue strong academics, thoughtful teaching, and meaningful growth in every area of school life.

Character

We help students develop integrity, humility, perseverance, responsibility, and respect for others.

Service

We encourage students to use their gifts to serve neighbors, communities, and the wider world.

Community

We build relationships among students, families, faculty, and staff through trust, care, and shared purpose.
